Cooking Chuchvara - Video Recipe:

1) Drive an egg into a bowl. Pour water, whisk. 2) Salt, add flour, knead the dough. 3) Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes. 4) Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into identical 4x4 cm squares. 5) Put the minced meat on the dough square. 6) Sculpt triangular (dumpling). Glue the edges. 7) Fry onion in vegetable oil until transparent. 8) Fry the carrots. 9) Add the tomato, fry until the moisture evaporates, and the tomato is fried. 10) Pour in water, salt to taste, cook with an open lid over low heat for 20 minutes. 11) We load chuchvar in portions and boil for 5-7 minutes. 12 Serve chuchvar with sauce, garnish with green leaves.
