Cooking chicken wings in sauce:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


To begin with, we wash the wings under running water, while removing small feathers from them that could remain on the skin after machine cleaning.

Then we dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a cutting board and cut into joints with a kitchen knife. We throw out the extreme phalanges, and transfer the remaining pieces of meat for a while in a small bowl.

Next, peel the carrots and onions with garlic, and cut off the stalk of red sweet pepper and gut it from the seeds. Then we wash these products along with other vegetables and herbs under a stream of cold water.
We dry them with paper kitchen towels, take turns putting them on a clean cutting board and grind them. Sweet pepper and onion - in cubes or slices up to 1 centimeter in size. Tomatoes - slices, slices or the same as previous vegetables.

We chop carrots with thin rings or half rings. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, and leave the hot pepper whole and distribute the slices into separate deep plates. Then we spread the rest of the products that will be needed to prepare the dish on the kitchen table, and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: cook the chicken wings in the sauce.


We put a deep frying pan on medium heat and melt the right amount of butter in it. A few minutes later, when it warms up, we send pieces of chicken there and fry them to a golden tight crust.
As soon as the meat is covered with a blush, add to it sweet pepper, tomatoes, suneli hops, salt and a couple of laurel leaves. Reduce the heat to a small level, mix everything with a kitchen spatula and cook under a covered lid 10-12 minutes. There is no need to worry about the fact that the meat will burn, the tomatoes will start the juice, and for the first time it will replace the water that is usually added during braising.

After 10-12 minutes send chopped carrots, onions to the pan and prepare our dish more 10 minutes. Then season it with garlic and tomato paste. Pour a glass of purified water there and put hot red pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer everything with a low boil for about 3/4 hoursi.e. approximately 45 minutes.

After the required time, all the ingredients reach full readiness. We season them with a tablespoon of sifted wheat flour and parsley. Mix everything, add sour cream and stew aromatic food. 15 minutes. If the sauce turned out to be liquid, give it a little boil until it thickens, and if its structure suits you, go ahead and taste it!

Step 3: Serve the chicken wings in the sauce.


Chicken wings in sauce - a fragrant dish for a festive or everyday table. After cooking, you can serve it immediately or insist on meat in sauce for 7-10 minutes and serve with any side dish you like, for example, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, a salad of fresh vegetables or jacket potatoes. Recipe Tips:

- if you like very spicy dishes, then red chili peppers can be finely chopped and not put whole;

- an ideal substitute for butter - vegetable;
