Making sweet kefir pie:
Step 1: prepare the oven and baking dish.
First, take a heat-resistant or non-stick baking dish and grease its bottom, as well as the inside of the sides with a thin layer of butter. Then preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius and proceed to the next step.
Step 2: prepare the oil.
We put the remaining oil in a saucepan, put it on medium heat and melt, periodically stirring with a tablespoon, so as not to burn. Then we remove it from the stove and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Step 3: prepare the apples.
Meanwhile, we wash a couple of large apples under a stream of cold running water and dry them with paper kitchen towels. After that, we cut each into 2-4 parts, remove the core with stones from them and then proceed as desired. Either peel the apples, or immediately chop them with slices, sticks, squares, or as you like, but it is desirable that the slicing thickness does not exceed 5-7 millimeters. Then we shift the pieces of fruit into a deep plate, sprinkle them with cinnamon, mix and leave it in this form until use.
Step 4: prepare the dough.
Now we put in a deep bowl eggs, a pinch of salt, melted butter, kefir, as well as two types of sugar, regular and vanilla. Beat these products to a lush mass with a whisk or mixer at medium speed. Then we add baking soda to the resulting mixture, sift the wheat flour through a sieve and knead a homogeneous dough of medium density with a wooden kitchen spoon.
Step 5: we form and bake a sweet cake on kefir.
We shift half of the semi-finished flour into the prepared form. On top of it, we lay out pieces of apples in an artistic mess and fill them with the remaining dough.
We put still raw dessert in a preheated oven and bake it about 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick. Enter its end into the pulp of the product and get it.
If the end of the wooden stick is wet - we finish it, if it is dry - we put on kitchen handpieces on our hands, rearrange the form on a cutting board previously laid on the countertop, and completely cool the culinary masterpiece to room temperature.
Then we spread the pie on a large flat dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut it into portions with a clean knife, put them on dessert plates and taste them ahead!
