Making zucchini noodles:

Step 1: prepare zucchini and garlic.

We take the right amount of zucchini, rinse under a stream of cold running water and dry with paper kitchen towels. Then, on each side, we cut off the ends along with the peduncle on both sides.

After that, using a manual peeler cut off thin zucchini strips so, so that each has a little peel. We do not use a core with seeds, it is too soft and during frying it will turn into gruel, therefore we will prepare any other tasty dishes from it.
Then peel the garlic cloves, send them to a cutting board and chop finely. We also lay out on the kitchen table the remaining products that will be needed to make zucchini noodles, and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: cook the zucchini noodles.

We put the pan on medium heat and pour sesame oil into it. After a while, when it warms up, lower the vegetable noodles there and lightly fry it for 5 minutesstirring occasionally with a wooden kitchen spatula.

Next, season our dish with chopped garlic, soy sauce and cook it a few more minutes to softness.

Then sprinkle the noodles with sesame seeds, gently mix everything, stew 1 minute and remove from the stove. We spread the delicious dishes in portions on plates and serve to the table.

Step 3: Serve the zucchini noodles.

Zucchini noodles are served hot as an independent dish or as a side dish for meat, poultry or fish, as well as in the cold version as an appetizer. It tastes slightly salty with an incredibly pleasant sesame flavor. Enjoy healthy and easy-to-cook food!
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- An ideal replacement for sesame oil - flavourless refined vegetable;

- you can use both white and black sesame;

- very often, instead of fresh garlic, garlic powder is put.
