Cauliflower Casserole

Cooking Cauliflower Casserole:

Step 1: Prepare the vegetables.


First, we wash all vegetables under running water. Remove the husks from the garlic and onions and cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape.

Then the washed pepper is released from seeds, cut in half and chop one half into a small cube. Next, cut a tomato into a small cube. The smaller the slices of vegetables you get, the better. Shredded vegetables are placed in a deep plate or bowl. It is enough to sort out the washed cauliflower into inflorescences and transfer to a separate plate.

Now peel the potatoes, put them on a cutting board, arm ourselves with the sharpest knife and cut into thin round layers. From the thickness of which, the cooking time will directly depend. Potato circles can be left on the board.

Step 2: Prepare the sauce.


We pass to the sauce. We measure out the required amount of sour cream, transfer it to a bowl or a deep plate, put a grater with small holes on a cutting board and rub the cheese.

Then carefully pour cheese chips to sour cream and mix them well together. All our sauce is ready for casserole.

Step 3: Prepare the filling.


We return to the vegetables. In a plate with garlic, onion, tomato and pepper, spread the minced meat, add a little salt and black pepper and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon until smooth. All the filling is ready, it's time to move on to the formation of the casserole.

Step 4: Form the casserole.


The bottom and walls of the baking dish are well coated with vegetable oil. Then put in a single layer circles of potatoes. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper to taste.

Next, using a tablespoon, distribute the meat filling throughout the potatoes. Tamp a little and lay out the cauliflower inflorescences.

Now we grease everything with sour cream cheese sauce, sprinkle the surface of the casserole with breadcrumbs and can be sent to the oven.

Step 5: Bake the dish.


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, set the dish with a dish and bake until fully cooked. The approximate cooking time is about 40 - 50 minutes, but it may vary depending on the variety and thickness of the sliced ​​potatoes.

Step 6: Serve the cauliflower casserole.


Cut the finished casserole in portions and lay out the kitchen spatula on plates. Try not to mix the layers of the dish. The casserole does not need any additions, unless you can decorate it with lettuce and a beautiful cut of vegetables.
