Ingredients for Making Creamy Chicken Sauce with Mushrooms

Making creamy chicken and mushroom sauce:
Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.
Rinse the chicken thoroughly under running water and put it on a cutting board. Wipe well with kitchen paper towels. Now, using a knife, we clear the meat of fat, veins and films. We cut the component into small pieces and transfer it to a clean plate for a while.
Step 2: prepare the champignons.
Rinse the mushrooms well under running water and put them on a cutting board. With the help of a knife, as necessary, we cut off the coarsened places on the legs and hats. Now grind the mushrooms into the same slices as meat. The finely chopped component is transferred to a free plate.
Step 3: prepare the garlic.
We spread the garlic on a cutting board and lightly press down with the tip of a knife. Then with clean hands we remove the husk and wash the component a little under running water.
Now finely chop the cloves and pour them into a free saucer.
Step 4: prepare a creamy chicken and mushroom sauce.
So, all the ingredients are prepared, so you can start cooking the dish itself. To do this, pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the container with the contents warms up well, carefully spread the chicken pieces into it.
From time to time, stir the meat with a wooden spatula so that it does not burn at the base. When all the liquid has evaporated and the component begins to brown, add chopped garlic to the pan. Immediately mix everything with improvised inventory and prepare the dish another 1-2 minutes.
After that, put the mushroom pieces in the container and increase the heat. Again, mix everything with a wooden spatula and continue to fry the creamy sauce additional 5 minutes. During this time, champignons should allocate enough juice and change color.
At the end, reduce the heat, and pour the cream and soy sauce into the pan. Attention: since the last component itself is quite salty, do not rush to add salt to the dish so as not to spoil its taste. From time to time, stir everything with a wooden spatula and carefully monitor the consistency of the sauce. As soon as it begins to thicken, turn off the burner.
Step 5: serve the creamy chicken and mushroom sauce.
Using a tablespoon, spread hot creamy chicken and mushroom sauce in a special deep dish and serve at the dinner table. This dish can be savory with rice or pasta. Creamy sauce is also good with fried potatoes and with kinds of cereals, for example, buckwheat or corn.
