Ingredients for Making Stewed Zucchini

Cooking Braised Zucchini:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
First of all, we peel the carrots, and in young zucchini we remove the stalks. Then we wash them together with parsley and dill under a stream of cold running water. After that, we dry the vegetables with paper kitchen towels, shake off the excess liquid with greens, put everything on a cutting board and grind it. Zucchini cut into cubes with a thickness of about 1 centimeter.
Shred carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the parsley and dill and arrange the prepared foods in separate small bowls. We also put on the kitchen table the remaining ingredients that will be needed to prepare the dish, and proceed to the next step.
Step 2: prepare the stewed zucchini.
Turn on the fire to a medium level, put on it a deep frying pan with high sides and pour the right amount of vegetable oil into it. In a few minutesWhen it warms up, drop the chopped vegetables, that is, carrots and zucchini there. Season them with salt and black pepper. Next, reduce the fire to a level between the smallest and the average.
Mix everything thoroughly until smooth, cover the pan with a lid and simmer our dish 20-30 minutesstirring occasionally with a kitchen spatula. After this time, the vegetables will become soft and very tender.
We send chopped greens to them, mix everything again and prepare food under the lid 5 minutes. Then we try it and, if necessary, add more salt with black pepper. Then we lay out the stewed zucchini in portions on plates and serve them to the table.
Step 3: Serve the Braised Zucchini.
Braised zucchini is tasty both hot and cold. This dish is served in portions on plates or in a salad bowl and served as a side dish or a second lean dish. If desired, each serving of fragrant vegetables can be decorated with sprigs of fresh herbs, and very often this yummy is seasoned with sour cream or homemade cream.
