Cooking pasta with meat in the oven:

Step 1: prepare the pork.


We wash the pork under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clear the meat of veins, excess fat and film. Then cut the component into small pieces and transfer to a free plate.

Step 2: prepare the onion.


Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and finely chop into cubes. Pour the chopped onion into a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare the meat filling for the dish.


Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the container with the contents warms up well, carefully spread the pieces of pork into it. Fry the meat from all sides to a soft golden crust, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.

Immediately after this, pour the chopped onion into the pan and continue cooking until more 3 minutes. After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and set the pan aside.

Step 4: prepare the pasta.


We put on a medium fire a small pan with ordinary cold water and cover it with a lid. Attention: the liquid should fill the tank halfway. When the water boils, pour a little salt into the pan and mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon. Then carefully add the pasta to the boiling water and boil for 20-25 minutes. Important: be sure to familiarize yourself with the method of preparation of the component, as cooking time may vary depending on the variety of pasta. Do not forget from time to time to stir everything with improvised inventory so that the component does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and pour the container with the contents into the sink through a colander. To do this, we will definitely use kitchen oven gloves so as not to burn our hands. Leave the pasta aside and let the excess liquid drain.

Step 5: prepare hard cheese.


Using a fine grater, grind hard cheese on a cutting board. Pour the shavings into the bowl and leave it aside for a while.

Step 6: prepare the dressing for the dish.


Using a knife, break the eggshell, and pour the yolks with squirrels into a small bowl. We also add cream, chicken broth, as well as salt and black pepper to taste. Now, with a hand whisk, beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed. Attention: when using a mixer, mix everything at a low speed so that splashes do not fly apart in different directions. Refueling is ready!

Step 7: cook pasta with meat in the oven.


In a deep bowl we spread boiled pasta, meat filling with onions and grated hard cheese. Using a wooden spatula or a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Now pour the dish into the baking dish, level it with a tablespoon and evenly fill with dressing.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to a temperature 200 ° C. Immediately after that, put the form on a medium level and bake pasta with meat for 25-30 minutes. During this time, the dressing should be absorbed into the ingredients and the surface of the dish covered with a golden crust. Now turn off the oven, and take out the container with the help of kitchen tacks and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 8: serve the pasta with meat in the oven.


When the pasta with meat is slightly cooled, we shift them with a wooden spatula from the mold onto a special plate. Serve at the dinner table with a salad of fresh vegetables and red or white wine.
