Step 1: Chop the chicken.

I took boneless chicken breast because it’s more convenient to work with it. Dice the breast. We put the pan on the stove, add the olive oil, warm it up a bit and spread the chicken breast. Fry over medium heat. Salt to taste.

I read that semolina made from durum wheat is good for our body. because Unlike regular semolina, it contains complex carbohydrates that do not contribute to weight gain. It turns out that semolina comes from soft varieties of wheat (and such as most turned out to be) and from TV varieties of wheat (in my city I found only 1, in the photo you see it). In short, the main thing when you are looking for semolina from durum varieties is to see that it says “made from durum wheat” on a packet!

Step 3: Cook the sauce.

Pour cream, add pepper, seasoning for chicken and ... drum roll ... we begin to gently fill in semolina, while constantly stirring our sauce so that there are no lumps. That’s the beauty we have to get

Step 4: Add the sauce to the chicken.

Let's go further, as soon as you stir the sauce, do not hesitate so that the semolina does not settle to the bottom, but immediately pour it to our chicken. Mix well.

Step 5: Bring the sauce to a thickening.
