Cabbage casserole

Ingredients for Cooking Cabbage Casserole

  1. White cabbage 800 g.
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. Cream cheese 1 piece
  4. Milk 200 ml.
  5. Eggs 3 pcs.
  6. Smoked brisket 400 g
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ground pepper to taste

Cooking cabbage casserole:


Chop the cabbage, add a little coarse salt, squeeze a little.

Pour boiling water over the cabbage, let stand for 5 minutes. Tilt in a colander to drain water.

Onion cut into strips.

Cut the breast into strips.

Fry a pile in a dry frying pan until transparent, add onions and also fry until transparent.

Beat eggs with salt and ground pepper.

Add cheese and mix with a spoon, then beat with a mixer. (If there are little lumps, that's okay.)

Add milk and beat again.

Mix the cabbage with the breast in the baking dish.

Pour the egg-curd mass evenly onto the cabbage.

Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, until cooked for 30 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. If the surface burns, cover with foil, do not bend the edges.
