Cooking Chips with Oyster Mushrooms:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


To begin with, use a sharp kitchen knife to peel potatoes with onions, and remove the roots of mushrooms. Then we wash the vegetables under a stream of cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, take turns on a chopping board and chop. We cut potatoes with plates or straws up to 5 millimeters thick.

Onions are chopped with rings or half rings with a thickness of 5 to 7 millimeters. Cut oyster mushrooms into small pieces of arbitrary shape up to 1.5-2 centimeters in size and lay out the slices in separate deep plates. Then we put on the kitchen table the remaining ingredients that will be needed to prepare the dish.

Step 2: prepare the fried potatoes with oyster mushrooms.


Then we put a deep frying pan on medium heat and pour the right amount of vegetable oil into it. When it warms up, lower the chopped oyster mushrooms there and fry them for about 5 minutes or until the moisture evaporates completely.
After that, put the potatoes on the mushrooms, season them to taste with salt, black pepper and fry together for about 15 minutes, periodically stirring with a kitchen spatula so that the products do not burn.

Then sprinkle half-prepared vegetables with chopped onions, reduce the fire level to small and stew potatoes with oyster mushrooms under a closed lid 5-7 minutes. Then turn off the stove, let the aromatic dish stand 3-4 minutes, lay it on plates and serve to the table.

Step 3: serve the fried potatoes with oyster mushrooms.


Chips with oyster mushrooms served hot as a side dish or main course. If desired, each serving can be supplemented with a salad of fresh vegetables or any meat, fish, poultry, sausages and, of course, bread. Enjoy a simple yet delicious meal!
