Ingredients for Making Chicken Stuffing Cutlets

Cooking minced chicken cutlets:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Let's start with the preparation of minced meat. Make it easier than it sounds. My chicken fillet, dried with paper napkins, cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. We shift the prepared stuffing into a bowl.
Bread is not an obligatory ingredient in cutlets, but with it they are obtained more tender. You can use crackers or fresh bread, this will not affect the result. Both are pre-soaked in milk. With breadcrumbs easier, wring and add to the stuffing. If you use bread, then after a milk bath you need to pass it through a meat grinder along with meat.
Peel the onion and rub. You can do it in another way - chop it finely, if you are not against pieces of onion in minced meat. Are you done? Transfer it to a bowl of meat.
Peel the garlic clove and grate it, add to the bowl. That's all, the preparation of the ingredients is finished. You can make cutlets.
Step 2: Cook the chicken minced meatballs.
So, in a bowl we have minced meat, squeezed crackers, grated onions and garlic. Add to them a tablespoon of sour cream, egg, salt and spices. The chicken fillet itself is rather dry, so we add sour cream to make the meatballs juicy and tender.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
We form cutlets from the resulting mass, gently roll them on both sides in flour and transfer to a dry cutting board.
We put the pan on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil and warm it well. We lay out the cutlets so that there is enough space between them, otherwise it will be difficult to turn over, and fry over medium heat on both sides until a golden crust is formed. We shift the ready-made cutlets into a dinner plate.
Chicken meat is cooked quickly, and the likelihood that raw mincemeat may remain inside is very small. But it’s better to put out the cutlets a little after frying, especially if you cook for children. So, we transfer them back to the pan, pour a little hot water (this means that its layer should not be more than 2-3 mm) and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes. That's it, the minced chicken cutlets are ready.
Step 3: Serve the minced chicken cutlets.
Serve the minced chicken cutlets hot. I think that there will be no difficulties with the side dish. Everything is appropriate: porridge, potatoes of any kind, pasta, vegetables, herbs and sauces.
