Chicken chop


Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Chop

  1. Fresh chicken fillet 400-500 grams
  2. Chicken eggs 1-2 pieces
  3. Wheat flour 4-5 tablespoons
  4. Garlic medium sized 3-4 cloves
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Chicken Chop:

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.


We carefully wash the chicken fillet under running water and put it on a cutting board. Dry the meat with kitchen paper towels. With a knife, we cut, if necessary, veins, grease and films. Now we cut the component lengthwise into portioned slices with a thickness of approximately 1 centimeter.

In turn, we wrap the pieces of meat in a plastic wrap or plastic bag and, using a kitchen hammer, gently beat the chicken on both sides. Attention: you don’t need to try hard, because the component in its structure is very delicate and can easily break into fibers. The prepared meat is transferred to a clean plate and temporarily set aside.

Step 2: prepare the garlic.


Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse slightly under running water. Using a garlic squeezer, grind the cloves and spread in a clean saucer.

Step 3: prepare the eggs.


With a knife, we break the shell of the eggs, and pour the squirrels with the yolks into a deep bowl. Using a fork, beat the component until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 4: prepare the chicken chop.


On two sides, we chop the chicken chops with chopped garlic, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Meanwhile, put a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on medium heat. When the container with the contents warms up well, we begin to prepare the dish. Pour flour into another deep bowl.

Now, in turn, roll the meat on both sides in flour, and then dip in beaten eggs.

Immediately spread the chicken in a pan and fry on one side for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. After that, using a wooden spatula, turn the chop on the other side, turn down the heat and continue cooking the dish 8-10 minutesso that it has time to fry well on all sides and not be raw. After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and transfer the meat to kitchen paper towels so that excess fat is removed from them.

Step 5: serve the chicken chop.


We lay the still warm chicken chop on a special flat plate and serve it to the dining table. Side dishes such as mashed potatoes, boiled rice, buckwheat, as well as a salad of fresh vegetables with slices of bread are perfect for meat.

Recipe Tips:

- in addition to the spices specified in the recipe, meat can be sprinkled with any other to your taste;

- Before frying, chicken chops can be rolled several times in flour and dipped in batter. Thus, the meat will turn out with a crisp;

- Chicken chops can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for no more than two days.
