Cooking pasta with bacon and cream:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


We take the bacon from the packaging, put it on a cutting board and use a kitchen knife to cut it into cubes or strips up to 1 centimeter in size.
Then peel the cloves of garlic, put them on a new cutting board and with a clean knife we ​​shred layers with a thickness of up to 3-4 millimeters. We also put on the kitchen table the remaining products that will be needed to prepare the dish.

Step 2: prepare the creamy sauce.


Now turn on the two rings on medium heat. On one we put a deep pan with 4 liters of purified water (100 milliliters for every 100 grams of pasta) and bring the liquid to a boil! On the second place a pan and pour a tablespoon of olive oil into it, you can’t live without it, otherwise the bacon will burn! After a couple of minutes, put the chopped garlic in there and fry it a minutejust to dissolve the aroma. Then remove the pieces of vegetable from the pan and put chopped bacon in its place.

Fry it in aromatic oil until golden brown, stirring vigorously with a wooden kitchen spatula. It will take a couple of minutes. Then pour the bacon with liquid cream. There we add the right amount of sifted wheat flour, to taste salt, dried basil and black pepper.

Immediately thoroughly mix everything to a homogeneous consistency so that the flour does not stray into lumps, and prepare the sauce until thickened over 3-4 minutes. Then we move the pan to the side and cover with a lid so that its contents do not cool!

Step 3: prepare the pasta.


At the same time we are making pasta with sauce. Pour salt to the boiling water to taste and put the pasta. The cooking time is written on the packaging, but mostly small ones cook for 2-3 minutes, medium 5-6 minutes, and large 7-8 minutes.

Then immediately cover the pan with a lid, wait for the water to boil again, and only then remove it. Cook the pasta, constantly stirring with a kitchen spatula so that it does not stick together!

A couple of minutes before complete readiness we try pasta on the tooth, they should be "al dente" - slightly undercooked! If the taste is pleasant to you, we discard the paste in a colander with a fine mesh and leave it in it for one or two minutes, so that the glass has excess liquid.

Step 4: bring the dish to full readiness.


Then we transfer the pasta to the pan with the sauce and mix them until smooth. Then put on medium heat and warm the dish for one minute. After we lay out the fragrant dish in portions on plates and serve to the table.

Step 5: serve the pasta with bacon and cream.


Pasta with bacon and cream is served immediately after cooking hot, after sprinkling each portion to taste and desire with crushed Parmesan cheese, although without it this food is simply delicious! In addition to this dish, you can serve a salad of fresh vegetables or a main meat dish of beef, pork, as well as any bird.
