Ingredients for Cooking Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Cooking pork ribs with potatoes:
Step 1: prepare the pork ribs.
Thoroughly wash the pork ribs under running water and put it on a cutting board. Dry with kitchen paper towels. Now, using a knife, cut the meat into portions along the costal bones and transfer it to a deep plate.
Step 2: prepare the onion.
Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and finely chop it with squares. Pour the chopped onion into a free plate.
Step 3: prepare bell peppers.
We rinse the bell pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut off the tail and remove the seeds. Then grind the vegetable and pour into a clean plate.
Step 4: prepare the carrots.
With a knife, peel the carrots and rinse thoroughly under running water. Using a coarse grater, grind the vegetable on a cutting board and then pour the carrot chips into a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the potatoes.
Using a knife, peel the potatoes and rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the vegetable on a cutting board and cut into pieces of medium size. Then we move the component into a deep plate and fill it with ordinary cold water. This must be done so that the potatoes do not darken while we begin to prepare the dish.
Step 6: prepare the garlic.
We spread the garlic on a cutting board and, slightly crushing it with a knife, peel it of the husk.
After that, slightly rinse the cloves under running water and grind with the help of a garlic squeezer. We spread the component in the saucer and leave it aside for a while.
Step 7: prepare the pork ribs with potatoes.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and put on a small fire. When the container with the contents warms up well, put the chopped onion into it. From time to time, stirring everything with a wooden spatula, fry the vegetable until transparent.
Immediately after this, pour the carrot chips into the pan, mix everything thoroughly again and continue cooking the dish 5 minutes.
Now add the chopped bell pepper to the vegetables. Having mixed everything well with improvised inventory, we fry the components for 5-7 minutes.
After the allotted time, lay the pork ribs for frying and sprinkle with chopped garlic. Mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spatula and make a small fire. When the dish warms up well, it starts to hiss and emit hot steam, cover the container with a lid and simmer the ingredients for 20-25 minutes. During this time, the ribs should almost cook.
We open the lid, and put potato cubes in a pan and sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. We mix everything well with improvised equipment and fill it with ordinary cold water. The liquid should cover only potatoes and no more. Once again, cover everything and continue to stew the dish yet 15-20 minutes until the last component is cooked. When everything is ready, turn off the burner, and set the pan aside.
Step 8: serve the pork ribs with potatoes.
We put the pork ribs with potatoes with a wooden spatula on a special plate and serve it to the dining table. The dish is very tasty, juicy and satisfying. They can be treated to friends and household along with fresh vegetables and bread.
