Cooking pork ribs stew:

Step 1: prepare the pork ribs.


Thoroughly wash the pork ribs under running water and put it on a cutting board. Dry them with kitchen paper towels. Now, with the help of a knife, we cut the component into portioned pieces along the bones and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the carrots.


Using a knife, peel the carrots and rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the vegetable on a cutting board and cut into small pieces. For example, it can be cubes or cubes. Shredded component is transferred to a free plate.

Step 3: prepare the onion.

Shredded vegetable is transferred to a small bowl and pour ordinary cold water. This must be done so that the potato does not darken when interacting with air.

Step 6: prepare the pork ribs stew.


In a dry cauldron, pour vegetable oil and put on medium heat. Attention: the oil must fill the entire bottom of the container so that the meat can be fried in it. Immediately after this, add chopped carrots and onions to the cauldron. While stirring, fry the components for 4-5 minutes.
Then put the beans in the container and add the tomato paste. Mix everything thoroughly with improvised inventory and continue to stew the dish 5-7 minutes.

After the allotted time, put the chopped potatoes into the cauldron. Having mixed everything well, put laurel leaves on the surface of the dish and pour ordinary cold water so that it half covers the potatoes. We cover the container with a lid, make a small fire and continue to simmer the stew until the last component is ready.

Immediately after that, turn off the burner, and leave the dish to infuse for some time.
