Ingredients for Cooking Pancakes with Stuffing

Dough:

  1. Flour 150 g.
  2. Egg 3 pcs.
  3. Orange juice ½ pcs.
  4. Thyme 0.5 tsp
  5. Ghee 50 g
  6. Milk 1.5 cups.
  7. Salt 0.5 tsp
  8. Zest of 1 orange.

Filling:

  1. Chicken breast 1 pc.
  2. Champignons 500 g
  3. Lemon juice ½ pcs.
  4. Orange juice ½ pcs.
  5. Sour cream 200 ml.
  6. Green onion 5 arrows.
  7. Vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking stuffed pancakes:

Remove the zest from the orange, squeeze the juice.
Combine flour, half the juice of an orange, eggs, salt, thyme in a bowl. Without ceasing to knead the dough with a mixer, introduce, alternating milk and melted butter. Cover the finished dough with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry over high heat, often stirring in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Grind the mushrooms, pour the lemon juice and add to the pan, fry until tender, stirring frequently. Add sour cream and the remaining orange juice, mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat, add chopped onion and mix. Do not cover with a lid.
Pour the dough into a pancake pan to form a pancake, fry, turn and fry on the other side. Put ready pancakes on a plate. Grease a frying pan with margarine before frying pancakes.
Put the filling in the middle of the pancake and wrap it. Two pancakes are served per serving.
