Making yogurt cake with prunes:

Now grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with a piece of butter and pour the batter. Preheat oven to temperature 180 ° C and after that we put the capacity on an average level to bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. After the allotted time with the help of kitchen gloves, we take out the form from the oven and leave aside to cool to room temperature.
Step 4: prepare water for gelatin.
Pour clear water into the Turk and put on a small fire. When the water becomes warm enough, turn off the burner and immediately proceed to the gelatin preparation stage.
Step 5: prepare the gelatin.
Pour gelatin into a deep bowl and fill it with warm water. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon until the dry mixture dissolves in our place. After that, leave the liquid aside to reach the desired consistency.
Step 6: prepare the prunes.
We put the prunes in a clean deep bowl and fill it with ordinary hot water. We leave dried fruits aside for 10 minutes. After this, drain the liquid, and wash the component several times under running water. We wipe the prunes with kitchen paper towels and put them in the blender bowl.
