Cooking steaks with cheese in the oven:
Step 1: prepare the milk.
Pour milk into a Turk or a stewpan and put on medium heat. We warm the milk liquid to a hot state and immediately turn off the burner.
Step 2: prepare the loaf.
Break the slices of the loaf with clean hands into pieces and put them into a deep bowl. Pour them with hot milk and leave them aside for a while, so that the bread completely absorbs the liquid and softened.
Step 3: prepare hard cheese.
Using shallow tracks, grind hard cheese directly into a clean plate. And so that the cheese chips do not wind off, while we are preparing other ingredients, we wrap it with cling film.
Step 4: prepare the onion.
Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the component on a cutting board and cut it into several parts. Move onion slices into a free plate.
Step 5: prepare the turkey fillet.
We wash the turkey fillet under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clear the meat from the veins and the film. Now cut the component into large pieces and transfer to a free bowl.

Now we add the egg, a pinch of salt and black pepper to the container, as well as with the clean hands we squeeze the bread from the milk and also put the pulp in a bowl with other ingredients. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 7: prepare the steaks with cheese in the oven.
Turn on the oven and heat it to temperature 180 ° C. Now cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Important: We try to do this very carefully so that the cheese does not get on parchment paper. Put the dish back in the oven and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes, until the "steaks" are covered with a golden brown crust. After the allotted time has passed, turn everything off, take out the baking sheet with kitchen tacks and leave it aside to cool slightly.
Step 8: Serve the steaks with cheese from the oven.
