Korean Pickled Trout Ingredients

Cooking Korean style pickled trout:
Step 1: prepare onions.
Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. Then put the component on a cutting board and cut into two halves. Finely chop one part with squares and pour into one clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the trout.
We wash the trout fillet under running water, wipe it dry with kitchen paper towels and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut the fish into medium pieces or cubes and then move the component into a free medium bowl.
Step 3: prepare lettuce leaves.
We wash lettuce leaves under running water and then lay them on kitchen paper towels. When the green has dried, move it to a clean plate and leave it aside for a while.
Step 4: cook the trout marinated in Korean.
Pour trout pieces with soy sauce and vinegar, gently mix everything with a tablespoon or clean hands and leave the dish to marinate for 2 hours.
After the allotted time, add salt, black pepper and finely chopped onions to the bowl to taste. Gently mix everything with improvised inventory. Now pour the sugar, taste the coriander and put in the container half the onion. Having mixed everything again, we leave aside to insist for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5: Serve Korean-style trout.
