Ingredients for making wings in sour cream sauce

Cooking wings in sour cream sauce:

Step 1: prepare the onion.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and finely chop into small squares. Pour the chopped onion into a clean plate and leave it aside for a while.

Step 2: prepare the chicken wings.

We carefully wash the chicken wings under running water and put it on a cutting board. Dry the meat with kitchen paper towels. Now, using a knife, we cut each wing into a joint into two parts.

Put the component in a small bowl and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. With clean hands, mix everything thoroughly so that the spices evenly cover the meat.

Fry them on all sides until a golden crust appears on the surface. Immediately after that, using a wooden spatula, move the meat back into the bowl and fry the rest.

Step 3: prepare the wings in sour cream sauce.

In a separate pan, pour a little vegetable oil and put the container on medium heat. When it warms up, put the chopped onion here. With constant stirring of the component with a wooden spatula, fry it to a soft golden color.

Immediately after this, add sour cream to the pan and pour half a glass of clean cool water. Mix everything well until smooth and wait for the mixture to boil. As soon as this happens, make the fire less than average and put the fried pieces of chicken wings into the sauce. Stew everything on low heat for 30 minutes. Attention: if necessary, the meat can be turned over after some time to the other side. After the allotted time, turn off the burner and can serve the dish to the dining table.

Step 4: serve the wings in sour cream sauce.

We shift the chicken wings with the help of kitchen oven mitts to a special serving dish. Pour all over with sour cream sauce and treat the household with a side dish such as mashed potatoes, boiled rice or buckwheat. In addition, fresh or pickled vegetables will serve as a delicious addition.
