Step 1: prepare the dough.
To make the pizza very tasty, you need to cook the right dough. It is not necessary to knead it on kefir, sour cream, cream or milk. Everything ingenious is simple! Pour the required amount of purified water into a small stewpan, put it on medium heat and heat the liquid to 34 - 38 degrees so that you can lower your fingers into it and not get burned. Then put in a small bowl fresh yeast, sugar and a tablespoon of flour.
Knead these products with a fork, pour warm water from the stewpan and mix everything again.
The result should be a cloudy mixture of beige - dough. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel, set in a warm place and allow the yeast to rise for about 15 - 20 minutes, mainly the infusion time depends on their quality. When the fluffy cap-foam rises above the yeast, you can proceed to the next step.
Step 2: knead the dough.
Pour the remaining flour into a clean deep bowl, pour in the raised yeast mixture, vegetable oil, add salt and knead with a wooden kitchen spatula, a soft, elastic, slightly sticky dough of medium density.
Then we cover it with a kitchen towel and put the bowl in a warm place on 40 - 45 minutes.
Step 3: prepare the products for the filling.
We do not waste time in vain, we begin to prepare the remaining components of pizza. Using a can opener, open jars of mushrooms and olives, take turns putting the right amount of these ingredients on a cutting board and chop.
Mushrooms are shredded in layers up to 2 - 3 millimeters thick, each olive is cut into 2 - 4 parts or chopped with rings.
Then we clear the sausage product from the food film, its appearance, as well as the variety, depends on your desire. Now put the fragrant product on a clean board and cut into strips, slices, cubes or thin layers.
Next, cut off the paraffin crust from the hard cheese and rub it on a fine or medium grater. We lay out the slices in separate bowls, put on the table ketchup with vegetable oil and Italian herbs.
After that, turn on and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 4: form the pizza.
When the yeast dough infuses the time allotted to it and increases in size at least twice, you can proceed to the formation of a delicious dish. Evenly cover the bottom of the pizza baking dish with half a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and grease the palms with the rest. Slightly knead the dough in a bowl, then shift it into the prepared form and level it with your fingers around the entire perimeter so that the semi-finished flour is laid in an even layer with a thickness of up to 4 - 5 millimeters.
Wrap the edges of the dough slightly, making a small side. Then we put ketchup to taste to it.
Spread it with a tablespoon throughout the flour layer.
Further, in an artistic mess, we spread a layer of pickled mushrooms on the dough.
Then odorous olives.
And, of course, ham.
Sprinkle the filling with chopped cheese.
After that, we crush with a mixture of Italian herbs and check the temperature of the oven.
Step 5: bake pizza.
If the oven has warmed up to the desired temperature, put the pizza in it on the middle rack and bake it for 20 - 25 minutes.
When the dish is ready, put on the kitchen gloves, rearrange the form on a cutting board, previously laid on the kitchen table, and let the pizza cool for a few minutes. Then we pry it with a kitchen spatula, put it on a large flat dish and serve it to the table.
Step 6: serve pizza with sausage and mushrooms.
Pizza with sausage and mushrooms is served hot or warm. Although the first serving option is not very beneficial for the stomach, it is more appetizing than the second.
To this dish, as an addition, you can offer sauces based on tomatoes, cream, sour cream or mayonnaise. A light salad of fresh vegetables, french fries and, of course, very harmful tasty sparkling water or healthy juices are also ideal. Enjoy it!
