Cooking chicken liver with rice:

Step 1: prepare the liver.

We thoroughly wash the chicken liver under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clear it of film, fat and veins. Attention: if a large liver comes across, then it can be cut into several parts. We transfer the prepared component to a free medium bowl and leave it aside for a while.

Step 2: prepare the onions.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. Then put the component on a cutting board and grind it into small squares. Pour finely chopped onion into a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare the carrots.

With a knife, peel the carrots and rinse thoroughly under running water. Now we need to grind the vegetable, and this can be done in two ways. First: put the component on a cutting board and cut into small cubes.

Second: using an average grater, we turn carrots into shavings. Shredded vegetable is transferred to a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the coriander greens.

We rinse the coriander under running water, shake off excess fluid and transfer to a cutting board. Finely chop the greens with a knife and pour into a clean saucer.

Step 5: prepare the pic.

Pour rice into a sieve and place it in a small bowl. We fill the last container with ordinary water and rinse the component with our hands. After this, drain the water and repeat the procedure several more times until the water becomes clear. We leave the washed rice in a sieve for a while, so that excess liquid is left from it.

Step 6: prepare chicken liver with rice.

We put pieces of liver in a pan and put on fire less than average. When the pan warms up well, the main component will begin to release liquid. Therefore, we extinguish the liver until all the juice has evaporated, occasionally mixing everything with a wooden spatula.
After that, make a medium heat, pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the container, pour the chopped onions and carrots, mix everything thoroughly and continue to cook the dish for 8-10 minutes. Attention: Be sure to mix everything from time to time with a wooden spatula so that the vegetables do not burn.

After the allotted time, put the washed rice in the pan and pour everything 1.5 cups hot water. Having mixed everything well, we continue to cook the dish until the last component is cooked.

At the end, pour the tomato paste and the remaining hot water, as well as salt and pepper the liver with rice to taste. Again, mix everything thoroughly with improvised inventory and continue to simmer more 5 minutes. Now pour the chopped greens and turn off the burner. We cover the pan with a lid and let the dish stand for 5 minutes.

Step 7: serve chicken liver with rice.

When the chicken liver with rice is infused, with a wooden spatula, pour it into a special plate and serve it to the dining table. The dish must be hot. Indeed, at such a moment it is especially tasty and fragrant.

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of tomato paste, chopped fresh tomatoes can be added to the dish. For the amount of ingredients indicated in the recipe, you will need 500 grams of vegetables;

- for such a dish, white polished rice Jasmine or Basmati is suitable. Such a component can not even be washed in advance under running water;

- Instead of coriander, chopped parsley can be added to the chicken liver with rice.
