Preparation of loin baked in foil "Hussars":

Step 2: prepare the potatoes.


Using a knife, peel the potatoes and rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the vegetables in a free medium bowl and pour with vegetable oil, and also sprinkle with salt to taste. Attention: We add the last component with extreme caution, as before that we had already salted pork. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly and leave it aside for a while. Important: for potatoes to bake well, medium sized tubers must be selected. In a separate case, you can cut the component into several pieces.

Step 3: prepare the loin baked in foil.


We take out the pork from the refrigerator and release it from the cling film. Cover the baking dish with a large piece of food foil (so that the dish can be wrapped in it). On its surface we spread the pickled loin. Attention: no need to lubricate, because before that we watered potatoes with vegetable oil. We spread vegetables around the meat.
Now we wrap the dish in foil so that there are no gaps. To do this, cover the meat with potatoes in turn opposite sides of the foil. We put in preheated to a temperature 200 ° C bake and bake the loin for 45 minutes. During this time, the meat will let the juice become juicy and soaked in spices. And what a delicious potato you get, well, you’ll just lick your fingers! After the allotted time, we take out the baking dish with kitchen tacks, carefully unfold the foil and check the readiness of the pork. To do this, pierce it with the edge of the knife in the center. If a pink liquid does not start to appear from the cut, then the dish is ready and you can turn off the oven. If not, then it’s worth extending the baking time yet for 10 minutes. Important: Do not overdo the cooking so that the meat does not become dry.

Step 4: serve the loin baked in foil.


Ready-made loin "In the Hussars" with the help of kitchen tongs or a slotted spoon we shift to the center of a special dish. Using a knife, cut the meat across into portions. At will, around the main dish we nicely place the baked potatoes with fresh herbs and pour over the remaining juice in the form. You can also arrange the vegetables on plates and present the main ingredient separately to the dining table. Such an amazing and very tasty dish can be served with fresh salads or just vegetable slices.
