Step 1: prepare the flour mixture for the dough.


Pour flour and baking powder for the dough into a sieve. Sift the components into a medium bowl and set aside for a while.

Step 2: prepare the curd mixture for the dough.


Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, and pour the sugar and break the chicken egg. Using a mixer or blender, beat the ingredients well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Attention: since cottage cheese is usually very dense in consistency, at first I mix everything with a blender, but only after using a mixer. Then the mixture is homogeneous and without curd grains. At the end, pour the vegetable oil into the container and again whisk everything with improvised equipment.

Step 3: prepare the dough.


Continuing to beat the curd mixture with a mixer, pour small amounts of flour with baking powder into it. We knead everything until a uniform dense mass is formed that does not stick to our hands. Attention: if it is more convenient for you to knead with your hands, then you can put the mass on the kitchen table, crushed with a small amount of flour. From the finished dough we form a ball and go to the next stage of baking.

Step 4: prepare the base of the cake.


Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. On a kitchen table, crushed with flour, put a ball of dough. Using a rolling pin, we roll out a layer of thickness no more than 0.5 centimeters. We spread it in a baking dish, smooth the base with our hands and form the sides. After that, put the container in the fridge, and for now prepare the filling.

Step 5: prepare the eggs for the filling.


Using a knife, break the shell of the eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins and pour them into separate small bowls.

First, beat the proteins with a mixer until peaks form. Attention: if necessary, add a pinch of salt to better beat the mixture.

After this, beat the yolks with the same inventory until a homogeneous yellow mass is formed. We put the components in the refrigerator for a while to cool.

Step 6: prepare the lemon.


We wash the lemon under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a fine grater, grind the peel of the fruit. Pour the lemon zest in a saucer.

We cut the citrus into two halves and squeeze the juice with our clean hands directly into the free bowl. Attention: to prepare the filling, we need 1 teaspoon of zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Step 7: prepare the tangerines.


Tangerines are washed under running water and put on a cutting board. Clean hands peel citruses. After that, we divide the component into slices and with a knife remove the film and the bones from each piece. Spread the peeled tangerines in a deep plate.

Step 8: prepare the filling.


In a free medium bowl we spread softened butter, pour sugar and pour egg yolks. Using a mixer, beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Then add the cottage cheese, sour cream, baking powder for the dough, zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the bowl. We continue to whisk everything with a whisk until smooth. Important: if the cottage cheese is dense, then you can beat everything with a blender so that lumps do not come across in the filling. Now we spread half the tangerine slices into the filling and gently whip the whipped proteins with a tablespoon. In the end, still mix well with a whisk and begin the process of preparing the cake itself.

Step 9: prepare the Nocturne pie.


We take out the form with the base from the refrigerator and pour the filling into it. Level the surface of the pie with a tablespoon and spread the remaining slices of tangerines. We put a container with pastries in preheated to 180 ° C bake and bake for 1 hour. After the allotted time, we take out the container with kitchen tacks and set aside to cool slightly.
