Cooking Spanish Tortilla:

Step 1: prepare bell peppers.

Step 4: prepare the parsley.


We rinse the parsley under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and then pour into a small bowl.

Step 5: prepare the egg mixture.


Break eggs into a bowl with parsley and pour a little salt. Using a fork or a hand whisk, beat everything until a homogeneous mass is formed and leave it aside for a while.

Step 6: prepare the potatoes.


With a knife, peel the potatoes and rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the component on a cutting board and cut into thin slices. Shredded vegetables are placed in a medium bowl.

Step 7: Cooking Spanish Tortilla.


Pour olive oil into a pan and put on medium heat. When the container with the contents warms up well, put the sliced ​​potatoes in it. Fry the component for 10 minutesstirring constantly with a wooden spatula. After a while, the potatoes should soften, but not yet fully cooked.

Immediately after this, add chopped sweet peppers, garlic, as well as salt and black pepper. Mix everything well and continue to fry the dish yet 5 minutes.

When everything starts to fragrant and is covered on all sides with a golden crust, turn off the burner and we can invite everyone to the table.

Step 8: serve Spanish tortilla.


We cut Spanish tortilla into portioned pieces and use a wooden spatula to put it on a special flat plate. Besides the fact that the dish is very satisfying, it is also tasty and aromatic.
