Ingredients for making bean cabbage salad with beans

  1. Beijing cabbage (small head of cabbage) 1 piece
  2. Red beans, preserved in own juice 300-350 grams
  3. Rusks 70 grams

Making a salad of Beijing cabbage with beans:

Step 1: prepare the Beijing cabbage.


We rinse out the cabbage under running water, wipe it dry with kitchen paper towels and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, grind the component into pieces and then transfer it to a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the beans.


Using a can opener, open a jar of beans and pour into a sieve or colander. Rinse the beans under running water. To dry, pour on kitchen paper towels and leave it aside for a while.

Step 3: prepare the garlic.


With a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board. Now grind each clove on a fine grater and transfer to a clean saucer.

Step 4: prepare hard cheese.


Grate hard cheese on a fine grater directly into a clean plate and temporarily set aside.
