Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
The order of preparation of the ingredients does not matter.
Grate the cheese and immediately send to a bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and rub on a fine grater, you can use the garlic. Send it to the cheese in a bowl. Chop greens finely and finely and also transfer to a bowl.
Shrimp is a slightly different story. Since we plan to place one each on sandwiches, it is better to first cut a baguette and calculate how many pieces it will work out so as not to make a mistake with the number of shrimps that need to be put aside.
Cut the baguette slightly at an angle into small pieces, a thickness of not more than one centimeter. We count them and remember, it will be necessary to postpone the same amount of shrimp.
What prawns are best used for making sandwiches? In the store you can buy fresh, freshly frozen and boiled-frozen. Fresh - ideal, who will argue with this. But not everyone has the opportunity to buy them.
When choosing frozen shrimp, pay attention to the thickness of the ice crust. Some unscrupulous manufacturers seek to increase the weight of the product due to excess ice. Why pay for water?
Cooking shrimp (both fresh and freshly frozen) is best just before making sandwiches. Put the pan on the fire, salt a little water, heat to a boil and throw the shrimp. Cook fresh for about 5-10 minutes depending on their size, frozen - for several minutes longer. It is enough to scald boiled-frozen shrimps with boiling water.
Dry the finished shrimp with a paper towel, set aside the required amount to decorate the sandwiches in a separate plate.
Peel the shrimp and chop finely, transfer to a bowl with other ingredients.
So, in the bowl we have shrimp, cheese, herbs and garlic. You can cover them with cling film and send them to the refrigerator, wait for X hour. And you can add mayonnaise and proceed to the preparation of sandwiches.
Step 2: Cooking sandwiches on the festive table.
Mix all prepared ingredients with mayonnaise in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180 degrees and deals with sandwiches. On each slice of baguette, lay out the prepared filling and put it on a baking sheet.
Send sandwiches to the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes - this time is enough for the cheese to melt.
We take out the finished sandwiches from the oven and leave to cool slightly.
Step 3: Serve the sandwiches on the festive table.
Serve the sandwiches warm. On each we put a shrimp, a small piece of parsley and place on a plate in which we will serve them.
