Kebab in white wine


Ingredients for the preparation of barbecue in white wine

  1. Pork pulp 1 kg
  2. Onions 3-4 pcs
  3. Dry white wine 200 ml
  4. Ginger fresh root 1-2 cm
  5. A mixture of peppers 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp

Cooking kebab in white wine:

Step 1: Prepare the meat.


Cut the pork pulp into small cubes, the approximate weight is 35-50 g. The larger the slices, the longer they need to marinate and the longer they will be fried. We shift the meat into a bowl.

Usually, onions for making barbecue are cut into rings. But then they are very uncomfortable to string on skewers, especially if the bulb is not caught the most suitable size. In the process of frying onion rings all the time strive to fall into the coals and burn. Therefore, I like to chop onions into small pieces that can be divided into plates.
So, peel the onion, cut it and send it to the meat bowl. Peel the ginger root and rub it on a fine grater, send it after the onion. Add ground pepper mixture. Important! In no case do not salt the meat, otherwise your kebab will turn out hard.

Pour white wine into a bowl with meat, mix. We cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and send to the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, and best of all, overnight.

Step 2: Cook the kebab in white wine.


We take the meat out of the refrigerator immediately before cooking the barbecue. Squeeze the meat from the marinade and transfer to a bowl, salt and mix. We string pieces of meat on skewers, alternating with pieces of onion.
Are the coals ready? It's time to fry the barbecue.

Place the kebab over the coals and fry until golden brown. Do not forget to turn over so that the meat is evenly fried and sprinkled with white wine.

Step 3: Serve the kebab in white wine.


Serve the barbecue with heat, on skewers. The best addition to it will be salads, fresh vegetables and herbs.

Recipe Tips:

- About spices in the marinade: you can add chili peppers - for spiciness, mint or basil leaves, slices of lemon; with coriander, sweet paprika, curry, garlic - be careful, the result may turn out to be unexpected, and not everyone will like it.

- Try to sprinkle kebab during the frying process with real pomegranate juice, it will turn out very tasty.
