Ingredients for Cooking Jelly

  1. Homemade chicken 1 pc.
  2. Pork hoof 1 pc.

  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  8. Garlic 5 cloves.
  9. Black pepper peas. taste
  10. Ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking jellied meat:

Wash all meat, dry. Cut the chicken into pieces, chop the pork hoof so that it fits into the pan. Put all the meat and bones in a pan, add water and boil. Then pour everything into a sink, wash the meat from scale in cold water and put it back in a clean pan. Pour in water, put onion in the husk, carrots, 2 cloves of garlic in the husk, bay leaf, peppercorns and salt. Put the pan on the lowest heat, cook on low heat for 6 hours. Cool the jellied meat until warm, remove the meat. Separate meat from bones and put into molds, add crushed garlic and ground black pepper if desired, pour strained broth.
