Chicken fillet in nuts


Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Fillet in Nuts

Cooking chicken fillet in nuts:

Step 1: Prepare the filet.


We wash the chicken fillet under cold running water, put it on a cutting board and cut off (if any) tendons, fatty layers. Then wipe with napkins or paper kitchen towels.

Step 2: Prepare the forms.


We wash the eggs under hot running water, carefully break into a glass and add clean water to the edge. Then we pour everything into a large deep plate or bowl, beat with a whisk until smooth, add soy sauce and whisk again.

In a clean large plate or deep pan, sift the flour through a sieve.

And in the third large capacity, pour the breadcrumbs.

Step 3: chop the nuts.


Our recipe needs chopped, roasted, salted peanuts. You can immediately buy one in the store or buy unpeeled and yourself, rinse, fry (without oil, constantly stirring with a kitchen spatula), peel, salt and grind. For grinding, you can use a blender or a regular knife.

Pour crushed peanuts into a container for breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon.

Step 4: Breaded chicken fillet.


We turn on a low fire on the stove, pour vegetable oil into the pan and put on the burner.
While the butter is warming up, we proceed to the breading of the chicken fillets. And first, carefully roll each slice in the flour.

Then dip in soy batter.

And the last step - in breadcrumbs with nuts.

Step 5: Fry the chicken.


Now gently transfer the fillet into a pan, raise the temperature to medium and fry until fully cooked, while brewing the remaining chicken fillet.
The chicken will be fried quite quickly, literally 4 to 5 minutes on each side. It is often advisable not to turn over.

Place the rosy pieces of chicken on a wire rack, sprinkle with salt and allow them to cool slightly. Then the filet can be served.

Step 6: Serve the chicken in nuts.


Chicken fillet in nuts is served hot or chilled for lunch, dinner or a festive table. As a side dish, it is best to cook mashed potatoes or a light vegetable salad. The dish can also be supplemented with various sauces, for example, nutty, creamy or cheese.

- The chicken will be even tastier if you fry it in olive oil.

- Chicken fillet must be chilled or completely thawed. It is necessary to defrost in advance and preferably in the refrigerator, and not in the microwave.
