Grilled pork tenderloin


Grilled pork tenderloin ingredients

  1. Pork (tenderloin) 500 grams
  2. Onion 1 piece
  3. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
  4. Seasoning for meat 1 tablespoon
  5. Mustard 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ground black pepper to taste

Grilling pork tenderloin:

Step 1: prepare the meat.


The first step is to divide the pork tenderloin into pieces no more than 1.5 centimeters. These pieces of meat will marinate well and quickly fry.

Step 2: prepare the marinade.


Peel and dice the onion into small cubes.
Mix the onion with olive oil, your favorite seasoning for meat (you can pick it yourself, by the way, using spices whose aroma and taste you like), mustard, salt and black pepper.

Step 3: pickle the pork.


Add the pieces of pork to the marinade and mix well together. Cover the meat in the marinade with a lid or bag and send everything to stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 4: grill pork tenderloin.


Preheat the grill, put pieces of meat on it and fry them at high temperature for about 4 minutes. Then turn the tenderloin over with tongs and continue cooking. 4 minutes on the other hand.

Step 5: serve the pork tenderloin.


Serve the grilled pork tenderloin to the table hot. It is possible in company with fresh vegetables and various sauces.
