Low Calorie Salad


Ingredients for the preparation of low-calorie salad

  1. Fresh medium-sized cucumber 6 pieces

  3. Fresh dill 1 bunch
  4. Sour cream 10% fat 4 tablespoons

  6. Salt 2 grams

Making low-calorie salad:

Step 1: prepare the onion.


Using a knife, peel the onion from the husks and rinse under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and cut into four parts. After that, chop each slice of onion into thin strips and transfer to a deep bowl.

Step 5: prepare salad dressing.


In a bowl with dill, add sour cream, sugar and red pepper. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Attention: it is better to prepare the dressing before serving the salad.

Step 6: Prepare the Low-Calorie Salad.


When the vegetables are infused, take them out of the refrigerator and remove the film from the bowl. Pour the dressing into the container and mix well with a tablespoon. Everything, the salad is ready!
