Cooking pork loin in soy batter:
Step 1: prepare the meat.
We take a lean pork loin, rinse it under cold running water, dry it with paper kitchen towels and put it on a cutting board.
Then we cut off excess fat, a film from it and remove small bones that could remain on the meat after chopping the carcass.
Next, cut the pork loin into pieces across the fibers. It is desirable that their thickness does not exceed two centimeters.
After this, in turn we lay out the pieces of meat on a cutting board, cover them with food-grade plastic wrap and beat them off with a kitchen hammer so that the thickness of each decreases by half, and the area increases as much.
We put the beaten pork on a plate and proceed to the next step.
Step 2: prepare the soy batter.
Break the eggs into a bowl. Pour in soy sauce and add sifted wheat flour. Beat these products with a table fork until a homogeneous lush mass without flour lumps.
Then we add dried greens to the resulting mixture and squeeze a clove of garlic peeled off the husk through a garlic grinder. Re-mix all the components of the batter until smooth.
Step 3: fry the pork loin in soy batter.
Next, put the pan on a medium heat, pour 2 - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it. After some time, dip in a batter a piece of beaten meat and put it in a pan with hot oil. Fry pork loin on both sides 2 to 3 minutes each.
When the meat is covered with a golden crust, with the help of a kitchen spatula we transfer the finished dish to a plate and in the same way we fry the rest of the pork.
Step 4: serve the pork loin in soy batter.
Pork loin in soy batter is an ideal dish for a festive and ordinary table. Appetizing pieces of meat are served hot or warm.
They can be served with any garnish you like: mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, boiled rice, cereals, pasta or pasta. Also, sauces based on sour cream, cream or tomatoes will complement this dish. Enjoy a delicious and simple meal!

- Instead of garlic, you can use garlic powder.
- Dried parsley can be replaced with French herbs.
- If desired, pork before slicing can be marinated for several hours in a mixture of finely chopped onions, a tablespoon of sour cream and allspice. From this process, the meat will become even more tender.
