Cooking Christmas pasta with seafood:
Step 1: Prepare the filling.Cut the onion and pepper into small cubes. Fry in olive oil until the pepper is soft and the onion gains a golden color. Add the shrimp and fry for a few more minutes.
Step 2: Add the cheese to the filling.Grate Mozzarella cheese, remove the pan from the heat and add our cheese. Mix thoroughly. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3: We stuff the shells.Then we fill each royal shell with our filling and place in a deep baking sheet.
Step 4: Cook the sauce.To do this, take butter. Fry the flour on it and gradually pour in the milk, constantly stir with a whisk so that no lumps form!
Step 5: Pour the cockleshell sauce.We take a tablespoon and gently pour our stuffed royal shells with our milk sauce. Sprinkle on top with hard cheese, grated in advance on a fine grater.
Step 6: Bake.Bake in the oven at t 180С for 5 minutes. We spread it beautifully on plates and enjoy.
