Cooking chicken with chanterelles in a creamy sauce:

Step 1: wash the mushrooms.

Rinse the chanterelles well under running water. Carefully clean the mushrooms from sand so that it does not creak on the teeth. After washing, let the chanterelles dry directly in a colander by weight.
