Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce

Cooking tagliatelle with mushroom sauce:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.


Chop the onion. Grate the cheese. Chop mushrooms.

Step 2: Making the sauce.


Fry the mushrooms in olive oil, add onions. Salt, pepper, hold for a couple more minutes. Pour cream, mix thoroughly. Warm up for several minutes.

Step 3: Cooking the nests.


Boil the nests without breaking the structure in a pan or pan with a small amount of water for 3-5 minutes.
Carefully put the nests in the baking dish, put the sauce with mushrooms in the middle, sprinkle with a little parmesan or any hard cheese to taste.
