Chicken Cutlets


Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Cutlets

For cutlets

  1. 500 g chicken fillet to taste
  2. 150 g chicken liver to taste
  3. 150 g chicken heart to taste
  4. Egg 1 pc. taste
  5. Fat 70 g to taste
  6. Red onion (medium) 2 pcs. taste
  7. Bulgarian red pepper 70 g to taste
  8. Seasoning for chicken 1 tsp. taste
  9. Salt to taste. taste
  10. Breadcrumbs. taste
  11. Vegetable oil for frying. taste

For the sauce:

  1. Tomato sauce 200 ml. taste
  2. Onion (large) 1 pc. taste
  3. Carrot (large) 1 pc. taste
  4. Vegetable oil for frying. taste
  5. Salt to taste. taste

Cooking chicken cutlets:

Step 1: Cooking.

Liver, chop the heart finely. Cut the fillet and fat into large pieces and mince. Finely chop the onion and pepper to the minced meat. Drive an egg into the cutlet mass, add seasoning and salt, mix and beat. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take a little minced meat with a spoon, put in breadcrumbs, form a patty and fry on both sides until cooked. Put the fried cutlets in a heat-resistant form.
Cooking the sauce: Cut the onion into strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry the onions in oil, and then the carrots. Pour the sauce (tomato sauce recipe), salt to taste, mix and simmer for 1 minute on low heat.
