Salad "Assol"


Ingredients for making Assol salad

  1. Chicken fillet 350 g
  2. Apple (average) 2 pcs
  3. Red onion 1/2 pcs
  4. Raisins (large, black) 50 g
  5. Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
  6. Mustard 1 teaspoon
  7. Sour cream (15-20%) 3 tbsp. spoons
  8. Wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
  9. Ground black pepper to taste
  10. Salt to taste

Inventory:

Cutting board, Knife, Bowl, Pan - 2 L, Tablespoon, Tea spoon, Deep plate, small salad bowl or bowl

Cooking Assol Salad:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.


Chicken breast must be cooked. We put the pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil, salt the water and put the meat in it. Cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

We take out the prepared meat, let it cool and then cut into small pieces. We shift in a bowl.
The boiled chicken breast is rather dry in itself, but in combination with apples, onions and dressing it turns out to be very tender and juicy.

Step 2: Prepare apples and onions.


To make the salad not only tasty, but also beautiful, apples are needed red, and onions too. Cut the onion in half and peel. Wash the apples, cut in half and remove the middle with a knife.

We cut apples and onions into small cubes and send them to a bowl of chicken meat.

Step 3: We are preparing refueling.


Refueling is very fast. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, wine vinegar to the salad bowl and mix. Refueling is ready.
Salad dressing as a dress for a woman. The same set of ingredients will easily become different tastes of salads. Refueling emphasizes the best and adds the missing.

Step 4: Cooking the Salad.


In a bowl, we already languish in anticipation of chicken breast, apples and onions, add raisins to them (it needs to be washed and dried beforehand).

Add dressing, ground pepper, salt to the bowl and mix. That's it, the salad is ready.
To soak all the ingredients well, leave the salad to infuse for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 5: Serve the salad.


Arrange the salad in plates and serve. A great addition to it will be croutons, bread rolls or fresh bread with a crispy crust.

Recipe Tips:

- You can add petiole celery to the salad, and its taste will become more fresh and spicy.

- Mayonnaise can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt and take low-fat sour cream and your waist will not suffer.
