Stuffed Vegetarian Peppers


Ingredients for Cooking Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

  1. Bulgarian green pepper 5 pieces (medium size)
  2. Boiled potatoes (or mashed potatoes) 3 pieces

  4. Tofu cheese (crumbled) 1 cup

  6. Cilantro green (finely chopped) 2 tablespoons
  7. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  8. 3/4 teaspoon red chili
  9. Coriander 2 teaspoons
  10. Caraway seeds 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons for filling and 1 for frying

Cooking Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers:
