  6. Milk 500 milliliters

  • Main ingredients: Bacon, Onion, Carrot, Milk, Lentils
  • Serving 4 servings

Inventory:

1.5 liter saucepan for microwave, blender, microwave, kitchen knife, cutting board, spatula, deep plate.

Cooking lentil soup in the microwave:

Step 1: prepare the lentils.

Soak lentils in advance in water with one teaspoon soda. Soak her on half an hourand then rinse thoroughly with running water several times.
If you don’t have time to soak in advance, you will have to add a little soda (on the tip of the knife) directly to the soup at the same time you add the lentils. After adding, mix quickly, foam will go.

Step 2: cook the bacon.

Chop the bacon in strips and put it in the saucepan in which you will cook the soup. And then microwave the bacon on 3 minutesto melt some of the fat. Heat the bacon in the oven at maximum power.

Step 3: prepare the vegetables.

While bacon is being heated, prepare carrots with onions. First, peel and rinse the vegetables, then chop finely. You can grate the carrots on a medium grater if you want. The main thing is that the pieces are not very large, so they cook better and faster.

Step 4: cook the lentil soup in the microwave.

Remove half of the bacon from the saucepan; it can be used to prepare another dish or added to an already prepared soup later.
In the saucepan, add the prepared onions, carrots and lentils, mix everything properly with fat and the remaining bacon. Then fill with broth, close the lid with holes and send in the microwave for 20 minutes.

During cooking, mix the soup at least twice so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the dishes.
After cooking, let the soup cool slightly and then grind it with a blender. You can grind through a sieve. Then add the warmed milk to the soup and mix everything again.
Add salt at the very end, or even to each personally in a plate. Like fresh herbs.

Step 5: serve the lentil soup.

Serve hot lentil soup, you can pepper to taste. Add the remaining bacon if you want. Eat soup hot and enjoy!
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of the broth, you can use water with a bouillon cube diluted in it (chicken, vegetable or meat).
