Cooking salmon with garlic sauce:

Step 1: Bake the fish.

Pieces of fish must be thawed, and at the same time they must be thawed exclusively at room temperature, without any dipping in hot water there. After that, steaks should be washed with cool running water and dried with paper towels.
Lubricate the baking tray with oil, you need very little so that the fish does not burn. Place pieces of salmon on a baking sheet. Salt on top, pepper, add spices for fish and pour lemon juice.
Cover the baking tray with salmon foil and send everything to a well-heated oven on 25 minutes. If desired, if you want to get on the steaks a slightly fried crust, for 7-10 minutes until ready, the foil can be removed.

Step 2: Cook the garlic sauce.

Ginger root and garlic need to be peeled, then cut, lowered into a blender along with a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of oil and grind. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.

Add garlic and ginger mixed with butter to sour cream and mix everything together with a tablespoon.

Step 3: Serve the salmon with garlic sauce.

Now put slices of baked salmon on plates, decorate them with garlic sauce and lemon slices as desired and serve as a main hot dish to the table.

You can serve salmon with a salad of fresh vegetables or boiled rice, the main thing is that the side dish is light and draws all the attention to yourself, this is exactly how your dish will succeed.
Enjoy your meal!
