You can then place the egg neatly in a silicone or metal mold for muffins, if you want to get the dish not in the shape of a bag, but in some other. The main thing is in no case mix the yolk with protein.

Step 3: Cook the egg in the bag.

Pour water into a saucepan and heat it. Sacks with eggs can simply be put in a pan with hot water, but to make the shape of the finished dish more round, it is better to hang them on a wooden spoon or spatula with a long handle.
