Tart with potatoes, mushrooms and onions

Cooking tarte with potatoes, mushrooms and onions:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Place the wheat flour and cold diced butter in the blender bowl, and then chop everything until the mass resembles sand texture.
Then spoon after spoon add cold water there, kneading the dough well after each. As a result, you will get sticky dough, using a spatula or spatula, transfer it to the cling film.

Stretch with wet hands with water, mash the dough, turning it into a flat cake, in shape and size suitable for your baking dish. At the very end, cover the dough with a film also on top and roll out with a rolling pin.
Put the dough prepared in this way in the refrigerator on 1-2 hours.

Step 2: fry the onion with mushrooms.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Peel and cut the onion with thin feathers. Rinse the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion in it until soft, then add the mushrooms here and simmer everything together for 2-3 minutes. Salt, pepper, season with thyme and mix well, remove from heat.

Step 3: boil the potatoes.

Peel and boil the potatoes in boiling salted water until almost done. After cool, drain the water, and cut the potatoes into thick slices.

Step 4: collect tart with potatoes, mushrooms and onions.

Prepare the baking dish by greasing it with vegetable oil. Then take the dough out of the refrigerator, free it from the film and place it in the mold. Cut the excess, and then with the help of these scraps, strengthen the edges of the cake.
Lay the mushrooms fried in oil with onion on top of the dough. Even out.

Place potato slices on top of mushrooms with onions. Lay so that they do not go on top of each other, but lie in one layer.

In a separate plate, beat the chicken eggs with cream, salt and half the whole prepared grated cheese. Pour the resulting mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining cheese, this will give the pastry a delicious crust on top.

Step 5: bake tart with potatoes, mushrooms and onions.

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees and send a tart to it 30-35 minutes. When the dough is baked, and the top of the pie is set and covered with a golden brown crust, the tart with potatoes and mushrooms can be taken out and served.
