Cooking chakhokhbili in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare the chicken.

Step 2: prepare the tomatoes.


Rinse the tomatoes under running water and spread in a deep bowl. Pour vegetables completely with hot water and leave for 5 minutes blanch. Then we shift to a cutting board and clean hands remove the skin from it.

Using a knife, grind the tomatoes into small cubes and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare the onion.


Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and then thoroughly rinse under running water. We spread the vegetable on a cutting board, cut into two halves, and then - cut each onion portion into half rings. Shredded onions are transferred to a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the greens.


We rinse cilantro and basil under running water, shake off excess liquid by weight and transfer to a cutting board. Finely chop the greens with a knife and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the garlic.


Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husk and then - slightly rinse under running water. We spread the cloves on a cutting board and chop finely. Shredded component is transferred to a free saucer.

Step 6: Prepare Chili Peppers


We wash the chilli under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove the tail from the vegetable, and then cut it lengthwise into two halves. We remove the seeds and after - finely chop into cubes. Shredded component is transferred to a free plate.

Step 7: prepare the chakhokhbili in a slow cooker.


Chakhokhbili is a very tasty aromatic dish with a piquant spiciness and it is a pleasure to cook it, especially when it comes to a slow cooker. So, put all the prepared ingredients in the appliance, add the seasoning of hops-suneli and salt to taste. Then put the butter in a multicooker pan and pour red semisweet wine. Close the slow cooker with a lid and cook the dish in the "Stew" mode within 90 minutes.

Step 8: serve chakhokhbili in a slow cooker.


When the chakhokhbili is ready, open the multicooker lid and shift it with a wooden spatula to a special dish. Serve at the dinner table as the main dish, along with slices of bread and a glass of dry red wine.
