Mushroom Tartlets


Ingredients for the preparation of mushroom tartlets

Preparation of mushroom tartlets:

Step 1: Prepare the mushrooms.


First, prepare the mushrooms. For tartlets, you can use both forest edible mushrooms, and various mushrooms or oyster mushrooms. But the woods before cooking should be sorted out, washed and boiled for about 30 - 40 minutes. In our case, ordinary mushrooms were used, which do not require careful processing. So, we wash them under running water, wipe them dry with napkins or paper kitchen towels and put them on a cutting board. Grind the mushrooms into medium pieces of arbitrary shape about 1.5 - 2 cm and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 2: Prepare the cheese.


Cheese grated with large holes in a separate plate.

Step 3: We are preparing refueling.


We wash the eggs under hot running water, break into a bowl, add cream, black pepper and salt. Using a whisk or fork, beat until smooth.

Step 4: Form the tartlets.


Now we sprinkle a flat surface with flour, lay out the defrosted puff pastry, roll it out slightly with a rolling pin and transfer to tartlet molds (previously coated with oil), put it with our hands to the bottom and sides. Once again, roll on top to cut the dough.

After that, we put mushrooms in each tartlet, sprinkle with cheese.

And pour a little of our gas station.

Step 5: Bake the tartlets.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put all the tins on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake tartlets until cooked for about 30 - 40 minutes.

Step 6: Serve the mushroom tartlets.


Mushroom appetizer served chilled. You can decorate it with sprigs of parsley or dill, although this is not necessary, because the dish is already very beautiful and tasty.
