Ingredients for cooking minced chicken

Cooking minced chicken lasagna:
Step 1: Cook the stuffing with minced chicken.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Peel onions, cut into small cubes and throw in oil. Sauté until golden brown
Add the minced chicken to the onion, mix well, salt and pepper. Simmer under the lid over medium heat until the meat is cooked. Do not forget to mix periodically so that nothing burns out.
Add tomato puree to chicken minced meat, mix, cover again and simmer more 10-15 minutes. At the very end, add the dried parsley and basil. Remove from heat.
Step 2: Cooking the Bechamel Sauce.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Important: To make this sauce, you need just butter, not margarine or spread.
Still keeping the stewpan on fire, add wheat flour to the butter and mix well.
Remove the stewpan from the heat and pour milk into it, adding in small portions. Poured a little, mixed thoroughly, poured the next portion, and so until you pour all the milk.
Place the saucepan with sauce over medium heat. All the while stirring, cook it about another 5 minutes. Add a little salt, mix and remove the prepared bechamel sauce from the heat.
Step 3: Prepare the Lasagna Sheets.
Prepare lasagna sheets. To do this, turn the packaging in your hands and find the instructions. If it is written in these same instructions that the dough needs to be cooked, so do it, if you do not need to cook your sheets for lasagna, immediately proceed to the next step.
Step 4: We collect lasagna with minced chicken.
Get out the form. Lubricate its bottom with a few tablespoons of bechamel sauce. Lay the lasagna sheets on top. Again a layer of sauce, and on it a filling of stewed chicken minced meat.
