Baking tray, hot pot holders, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon, grater.

Making margarita on a tortilla:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater or cut into very thin slices.
Rinse the tomato, cut out the seal, and then cut the vegetable into thin circles.
Rinse the basil leaves, shake off excess moisture and cut into strips of small thickness.
Peel the cloves of garlic and chop with a knife, using a grater or crushing with a special press. Combine chopped garlic cloves with olive oil.

Step 2: Dry the tortilla in the oven.

Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees Celsius. Cooking should be started only after the oven warms up well.

Put the wheat cake on a baking sheet, grease its top with half the garlic mixed with butter, and then send to bake in the oven on 5 minutes.

Step 3: Cook the margarita on a tortilla.

Take out the hot cake (do not turn off the oven yet) and sprinkle it with about half of the whole grated cheese.

Lay thin slices of tomato with the next layer, evenly distributing them throughout the tortilla. Salt and pepper to taste.

Then it remains to fill everything on top with the remaining cheese and part of the chopped basil.

Put the pizza in the oven on 7 minutes. During this time, the tomatoes will slightly dry, and all the cheese will melt. The main thing is to ensure that the edges of the pita bread that are not covered with the filling do not burn, perhaps even need to get the pizza out of the oven earlier.

Combine the remaining garlic in oil with balsamic vinegar and pour the ready-made pizza Margherita with this sauce, then sprinkle it with the remaining basil and serve.

Step 4: Serve Margarita on a tortilla.

Serve Margarita on a tortilla immediately after cooking, before it has time to cool. You can quickly figure out such pizza for breakfast or have a bite to eat for her afternoon snack. And she can treat friends who have gathered at your place to watch a movie or just chat.

I hope you enjoyed this incredibly easy way to cook pizza for everyone. Of course, far from the classic recipe, but still very tasty.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of thin wheat cakes, you can take anything wheat and bread, at least half cut along the loaf. All the same, you get great pizza.

- If there is no basil, it can be replaced with other fragrant herbs. Of course, the result will be different, but still the main thing in the filling is cheese and tomatoes.
