Cooking cauliflower in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare the cabbage.


We will prepare this dish from frozen cauliflower, which has undergone heat treatment, that is, boiling in salted water for 6 to 7 minutes. Therefore, it does not require any special preparation. Just spread the cabbage inflorescences in a deep plate and leave it in this form on 25-30 minutes. During this time, it will almost unfreeze.

Step 2: mix the cabbage with the egg.


In 25 - 30 minutes put a chicken egg in a bowl. Add salt and white ground pepper to taste. Beat the resulting mixture with a table fork until a homogeneous, slightly lush consistency. Then we add almost defrosted cauliflower there and mix it with the egg so that it envelops the inflorescences from all sides. Pour semolina into a separate deep plate.

Step 3: prepare the cabbage in a slow cooker.


Now put a little butter in the multicooker bowl and turn on the kitchen appliance in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode.

After 2 minutes, we brew each cauliflower inflorescence in semolina and put them in melted butter.

Fry the vegetable for 10 minutes with the lid open, periodically stirring the cabbage with a wooden kitchen spatula. After we shift the finished dish onto a plate and serve it to the table.

Step 4: serve the cauliflower in a slow cooker.


Cauliflower in a slow cooker is served hot as a side dish for meat, fish or poultry dishes. It is also very often added to salads from fresh vegetables. If desired, before serving, each serving of this dish can be poured with cream and tomato sauce. Enjoy it!
