Ingredients for cooking Hanuma

For the test:

  5. Flour 300-400 g

For filling:

  1. Cabbage 500 g
  2. Minced meat (mixed) 500 g.
  3. Vegetable oil 70 ml.
  4. Salt to taste.

For the sauce:

  1. Sour cream 100 ml.
  2. Chopped dill 1 tbsp. l
  3. Chopped parsley 1 tbsp. l
  4. Garlic 1 clove.
